It used to be a popular destination for tourists -- but no longer. Northern Naples has been dubbed "the triangle of death", after millions of tons of industrial waste were illegally dumped here. Today environmental activists want to use the upcoming elections to highlight the issue and denounce a sanitary emergency in which the local mafia has played a considerable role. An AFPTV report.
